The Canterbury Enterprise Hub provides office and laboratory
workspace for innovative, high growth potential start-up
companies, in a supportive environment. For an all-inclusive

We have 5,000 sq ft of office and dry/wet laboratory
suites which include air-conditioning, and a further phase
of development is currently underway and will extend the
total development to approximately 190,000 sq ft, starting
with an innovation centre of 35,000 sq ft to open in mid
2008. We are able to offer new businesses competitive
